Bid smarter than the average bear and you will bring in the best haul! Bid for food in the market and hoard them in your tableau. Try to get the highest points on each type of food, or if you can't, get as much of it as you can. Watch what the other bears are hoarding to bid correctly and bring in the best haul. The cards you use to bid become part of the market next turn, so pay attention to what you are potentially providing your opponents!
