Tactical rules for the North American Wars from 1790-1815. These rules utilize a variable scale allowing players to game in a 1 to 5 or a 1 to 10, or a 1 to 20 scale but using the same basing. The rules are simple to learn and play but give accurate results. Organizations are given for the era and a section of nine scenarios with historical orders of battle and maps are included.
