Spook Mansion is an asymmetrical two player game. One player is the investigator trying to escape and the other is the house itself attempting to ensure that this does not happen. The investigator player uses action points to move through the haunted mansion trying to escape as the the house player places cards to expand the house or blocks of exits to draw more cards. The investigator wins if he escapes before he runs out action points. Three times he can regain all his action points but there is a price, for a ghost will appear. —description from the designer
