The Killer Grandma is a competitive survival-horror strategy game for 3–5 players aged 14 and up. A wealthy, eccentric family gathers at Grandma's villa for her birthday, but this year everyone is secretly scheming to steal the incalculable fortune she's rumored to hide. The trouble is that the seemingly harmless old lady is armed to the teeth and has no intention of giving up a single coin, even if it means burying the whole family in the back garden. Grandma is an automated non-player character driven by the Fury track. She is no mere obstacle but a relentless hunter. The more the players steal and flee, the angrier she grows, unlocking multiple attacks, and the only way to calm her is to face her directly, in a constant risk-versus-reward gamble. Players explore a villa built from 8 modular rooms drawn from 20 available, each game laid out differently, and each player secretly draws one of 5 asymmetric characters with their own hidden objectives. In this villa there are no enchanted swords, only improbable weapons like the Slipper of Justice or the Anti-Family Flamethrower, where the weakest weapons carry disastrous side effects for whoever wields them. In the base game Grandma is fully automated, though a planned 6-player variant may let one player take control of her directly. The game runs on bluffing, resource management, card combos and merciless take-that interaction (PvPvE): you don't win only by escaping Grandma, but by walking over your relatives' corpses. Steal resources, sabotage rivals, or steer Grandma's wrath toward another family member. Everything is allowed, everything is encouraged. To escape, a player must collect three Wealth cards, reach the Exit room, pay the toll, and defeat Grandma in a final confrontation. Only those who beat her can flee the villa.
