The Roads to Springdell

Each player is given a Tavern and a hand of six cards. From the deck three cards are flipped over to start the town of Springdell. A fourth card is turned over to start the round, with each player adding a card (each representing a building), creating a pool that players will then choose one card from, to add to their village. The unclaimed card is added to Springdell. After six rounds, players compare their villages to Springdell, gaining points for matching buildings, plus each building's special scoring rule, with the person having the highest points (the most prosperous village) winning.
