However, the Russian Empire is not prepared to accept the changed political situation: its agents are stirring up chaos in the free cities. They are not alone – pirates disturb the peace in the skies, and one of the most mysterious organizations – the Revivers – is building an unstoppable war machine, the Iron Wolf, in the catacombs of Vilnius. Playing Vilko Valanda' ("The Hour of the Wolf"), you become powerful Personas in Andrius Tapinas' world of Stone and Steam cities: wizards, secret agents, politicians, guardians of Vilnius. Your goal: to gather as many influence points as possible by unraveling intrigues, recruiting agents, and accumulating weapons.
