About
"Setting The game is set within the spirit of the ""Gift Economy,"" a concept deeply etched into human history. Rather than monopolizing wealth, players enter an ancient yet ever-relevant world of mutual aid and competition, where value is circulated through the act of reciprocal giving. Goal Your objective is to strategically acquire cards from the play area to maximize your total score. However, the accumulation of wealth carries a risk: if you collect three cards of the same value (excluding ""1""), they are considered ""excessive gifts"" and their value drops to zero. Success requires delicate management to maintain a state of ""moderate prosperity"" without over-accumulating. Gameplay In each round, players compete for a central card by playing cards from their hands. The player with the highest total value wins the central card, but there is a catch: according to the unique acquisition rules, the winner must prioritize taking the cards played by other players—the ""gifts""—before they can claim their own. This creates a constant tactical dilemma between winning the lead and being forced to accept burdensome gifts from rivals." -from the publisher
