About
"What is the setting? BaBaBa (バババ抜き) is a reimagined, modern version of the classic card game ""Old Maid"" (known as Baba-nuki in Japan). It is specifically designed to be highly engaging and thrilling, even for adults who might have grown tired of the traditional game. What is the goal? The ultimate goal is to empty your hand by forming sets. However, the critical losing condition is collecting 3 ""BaBa"" (Joker) cards. If you end up holding 3 BaBas in your hand, you instantly lose the game. Your objective is to avoid drawing that fatal third BaBa while trying to get rid of your other cards. How do you play? The core mechanics are similar to traditional Old Maid, but with two major twists: first, you must collect and discard matching sets of 3 cards instead of pairs (2 cards). Second, there are 3 ""BaBa"" (Joker) cards hidden in the deck instead of just one. As players draw cards from each other, the tension rises—whoever draws and accumulates all 3 BaBas loses the game. This simple but brilliant change creates intense psychological interactions and thrilling suspense. " -from the publisher
