About this game

Players build their own Reef ecosystems from the bottom up, adding animals of different clades; from corals and crustaceans to fish and mammals. On their turn, a player selects an action to take between gaining cards into their hand, playing animal cards into their reef, removing pollution from their reef, or claiming end-game scoring. The action selected determines which animals the player gets to activate that turn, and also determines which resources ALL players will simultaneously collect. All players collect resources from their tableau on every turn. They need to be careful not to produce too much algae or plankton or else they will pollute their reef. Players earn points on the animals they play into their reef, conditions met on their corals, end-game scoring conditions claimed by placing more tokens than other players, and by activating the various animals' abilities. Once a player has an animal in every space in their reef OR attracts on of the Megafauna publicly available, the end is triggered and one more round is played. Most points wins.
