About this game

Bimmelkette Bell-Ringing Chain (English translation) By throwing dice players collect wooden beads and wooden animals as indicated on their task cards, comparing their colors and threading them on a colored shoestring with a bell tied in the middle. The players try to complete their chain in the right order to match the picture by means of luck and manual dexterity. Dice with colored circles are used to determine whether the player can thread a certain color or collect a bead or animal from the box, depending upon the variation played. Three games variations are outlined: "grundspiel" or basic; "mischfarben" or blended colors; and "symmetrie" or symmetry. The player who is first to right the bell of his/her completely threaded and correctly ordered chain is the winner.
