Dossier

DoUndo is a two-player abstract strategy game played on a shared grid of cards. Easy to learn. Difficult to master. Impossible to ignore. Players place, move, and stack cards across three overlapping layers, shaping patterns that can be built, blocked, or redirected. Every action leaves a trace, and every position can be read. Victory is not immediate. A completed row must survive one additional turn before it can be claimed, giving the opponent a final opportunity to interfere. At any moment, a player may initiate a Face Off — attempting to identify matching symbols in the opponent’s hidden hand for an instant win, at the risk of losing if incorrect. With simple rules and unrestricted movement each turn, DoUndo becomes a continuous contest of positioning, timing, and perception. There is no randomness to rely on. No speed to hide behind. Only decisions — and the mind across from you.
