A game about a special behavior in Cologne (and maybe other countries?) called "Klüngel". If You help me, I will help You! The aim is, to enter certain clubs, parties, pressure groups and use the attained position to get influence, prestige and reputation. This is a dice game where you are able to negotiate about all rules. And there are action cards in it.
