See Shout Spell has 100 letter cards. In a round, 16 cards are dealt out face down in a 4x4 array. Then everyone helps turn them all face up, and player race to shout out a word that uses the available letters. If it's a valid word they collect the letters in it for their personal pile. Players continue calling out and collecting words until no more can be found. Then any remaining cards are shuffled into the deck and another 16 cards are laid out for the next round. The game lasts as long as the players choose -- e.g. 5 rounds, 10 rounds, until the deck is played out, etc. The player who has collected the most letter cards wins.
