Where to Buy

Dossier

You work for the council in a small town, and this year have 'volunteered' to organise the town's Christmas decorations. It's important to do a good job, to cheer up the townspeople as we head into winter... but it's more important to ensure that more people turn up to your lights switch-on ceremony than those of other towns around the county - your job could depend upon it! In Shitty City Lights Committee, 2-4 players take turns to move a marker around a central rondel to select a role that everyone performs, raising funds, buying up decorations and lights, and installing them around town. The catch is that before the rondel selection is made each round the active player rolls some dice, and these are drafted by players to determine the efficacy of their actions - sometimes determining the cost, sometimes the order of play, sometimes the specific pattern they can draw onto their personal town layout. —description from the designer
