In Hydras, several hydras compete against each other to see which one is the first to complete their proper heads. Deal a random Hydra Body card to each player, who will place it face up in front of themselves. This card determines your Hydra’s type. Each player draws 3 Hydra Head cards from the face down deck and then adds them to their hand secretly. They must also draw 1 extra Hydra Head from the deck and place it face up on one of the necks of their Hydra’s body. At the start of your turn, draw 1 Hydra Head card from the game deck and add it to your hand. The winner is the first Hydra to have 3 Heads matching its Body type. Once a Hydra wins, the game ends. —description from the publisher
