The region of Towerbeach has nearing elections with no clear winner. You must try to get the assurance that the five main workers gilds of Towerbeach will pressure their workers into voting and doing campaign for you. Each turn, deal six cards to every player. Players must place bets on how much of a certain guild, with the help of mercenaries they could reach. After no bid are upped, by order of biggest bet, the betting player gets all the cards of the same guild from the other players, add the betted guild and mercenary cards and try to get the remaining value of the bet in two dice rolls. The first player to convince the five guilds is the winner.
