Transient World

About this game

Transient World is a quick two-player card game. Both players have a deck consisting of "soldiers" (with a number) and "henchmen" (with a special effect), of which they draw a certain number to hand. Players take turn attacking each other, by playing face up one soldier card. The defending player must, to defend his land, not play the same number, but may instead play more than one card. Both players may also play 1 henchman each, which have special effect that turn the tables. The game goes on for three seasons (player deck runs out), or until one player has conquered all the land cards. Inter-season events spice up the game.
