About

Troina '43 simulates the July-August 1943 battle for the town of Troina in northeastern Sicily. The US 1st Infantry Division and the 39th Regiment of the 9th Infantry Division attempted to pierce the German 15th Panzergrenadier Division's line west of the town in an effort to trap the Axis troops that were falling back to the northwestern corner of the island.
