About this game

"Tile laying game for 2-4 players. Players are constructing a city of the Roman Empire." The game is played on an 8x8 grid board such as a standard chess board. During the course of the game the players fill the board with tiles representing different structures and resources found in a Roman city. The players score points based on various factors, including tile type and location. Control markers are used to denote which player played a tile to aid in scoring. The object is to have the most victory points once the board has been filled.
