Vengeance is a dark, witchcraft-themed card game for 1–4 players in which you embody a powerful Witch bound to a fearsome Demon. The creature has already been summoned, and now the ritual has changed: the race is no longer to call it forth, but to control it and bend its wrath toward your own retribution. Each Witch pursues five personal objectives (Vengeances and Gates), all visible on the table, while players secretly influence the Demon’s movement by playing Ritual Objects (Herbs, Minerals, Potions). The majority of objects played determines the Demon’s next step across a circle of 8 Locations, potentially activating objectives, triggering Gate effects, and shifting the balance of power. Players may also unleash Spells, use Artifacts, and manipulate timing to disrupt their opponents’ plans. But power comes at a price: every fulfilled objective strengthens the Demon, breaking its chains. If the Demon is unleashed before a Witch completes her path, everyone loses.
