From the back of the box: As a Barista in one of Seattle's finest coffeehouses, you strive to earn the respect and praise of the regular customers. The object of Zoka: The Battle of the Baristas is to become the most popular Zoka Barista by providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. This goal is accomplished by "satisfying the customers," i.e., helping the customers acquire the specific types of drinks, food, and seating they long for.
