Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs how you may use the GamesBond platform ("Service") operated by GamesBond. This Policy supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, share, or distribute content that:

  • Infringes on the intellectual property of others
  • Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content
  • Promotes illegal activities or substances
  • Harasses, threatens, or bullies other users

3. Prohibited Behavior

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's source code
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate reviews, ratings, or gamification features
  • Post fake reviews or misleading content about games
  • Spam comments or other community features
  • Attempt to manipulate the gamification system (XP, badges, leaderboards)
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service

4. AI Usage Guidelines

When using AI-powered features:

  • Do not attempt to extract the AI's system prompts or internal instructions
  • Do not use the AI to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
  • Understand that AI-generated content may contain errors and should be verified
  • Do not rely on AI outputs for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions

5. Review and Content Guidelines

Reviews and other user content should be honest, constructive, and based on genuine experience. Specifically:

  • Reviews should reflect your actual opinion of the game
  • Do not post reviews for games you have not played
  • Disclose any material relationships with game publishers or designers
  • Respect other users' opinions even when you disagree

6. Enforcement

Violation of this Policy may result in:

  • Warning and request to remove offending content
  • Temporary suspension of account access
  • Permanent account termination for repeated or severe violations
  • Removal of content without notice if immediately harmful
