The river is rising and the only road connecting your settlement to the world is threatened. Responding to the call to action, your team is assigned a section of the riverbank and a wagonload of sandbags. You must build a levee before the river rises to flood the road! Flash Flood is a cooperative card game for 2 to 4 players. The participants are counting on each other, but your communication is hindered by the roaring river. Will your fellow players to repair a leak while you add an intact sandbag, or should you help with stop the leak? The deck of cards represent the sandbags, and players will arrange these cards, turn-by-turn, to form a levee on the table. Hidden in the deck (in semi-random intervals) are cards which indicate the rising water level of the flooded river. Working together, there's still a chance that the flood will overcome your efforts.
