Königsberg: Paths & Bridges
(2025)
About
This AI-verified, perfectly fair abstract strategy game for two is fast-paced and intense. Played on a "three-four-three" island formation with bridge-sized gaps, this game features 12 wooden bridges that rotate after use and 7 permanent stone bridges. Each player controls a man token (blue or green) and moves only in the direction of the bridges, building new ones if none exist. On your turn, you must move at least one step and place at least one wooden bridge until the supply is exhausted. You may pass through your opponent but cannot land on their space. All wooden bridges traversed during a turn must be rotated 180°. You win by reaching the opponent's position without needing to place a new bridge. You lose if you cannot move or fail to place a required bridge. Identical board states result in a draw. —description from the designer
