About

Simple fast-play miniatures rules for air combat in World War One. Written for 1/600th or 1/300th models. it can easily be scaled for play with larger models. A player can control one or more aircraft from a range of historical types. Simple stats keep bookkeeping to a minimum allowing you to concentrate on shooting down your opponent. No pre-plotted moves. Initiative for each plane is rolled at the start of each turn and they act from lowest to highest. Ace pilots tend to get better initiative so can see what their opponents are doing before they act. When a plane moves the player chooses what manoeuvre they want to do and then rolls to see how successful it is. Once all planes have moved then any planes with an opponent in arc can shoot. But be careful - you only have limited ammunition. —description from the designer
