About

Speliminate is played on a board with magnetic tiles. There are 4 sets of magnetic tiles (full alphabet and 11 blank scoring tiles) for each player + one "Split" tile and one "Wild Letter" tile. The goals is to eliminate your opponents by forcing them to complete the spelling of a word. To Play: One player places a letter in the spelling field. Each subsequent player adds a letter to the beginning, end, or between letters of the "Word in Progress." This continues until a player is forced to end a word or a "Challenge" is made. Words must be four or more letters in length and cannot be proper nouns or hyphenated words. A round ends when a player concedes they would be forced to complete a word or when a "Challenge" is issued. A "Challenge" is called when the challenger believes 1)the previous player has completed a word 2)the previous player is misspelling the word or 3)the previous player is bluffing. A player who loses the round removes a scoring tile. Play continues until all but one player has lost all their 11 scoring tiles.
