About

In space, no one can see you roll. Dicewars is a lightweight game of deadly space combat that can be played anywhere you have polyhedral dice and a flat surface to play on. To play Dicewars you’ll need a bunch of polyhedral dice, which you will use to make Starships. Each player should have the same number of dice, but they don’t have to be the same types. You’ll need at least one d20 per ship, and a few d6s for each one. Dicewars is a quick tactical game that uses abstract positioning to represent swirling space battles on a flat surface with just the dice you probably have with you anyway (includes suggestions for making use of all sorts of weird and specialist dice you might have). Play while you are waiting for your rpg group, play instead of your rpg, play instead of your more cumbersome wargames. The ruleset includes full play references, diagrams, turn sequences, and suggestions on campaign rules. —description from the publisher
