About

Meat on Swords is a push your luck card game from Friedey's Restaurant, home of the Cheapass classic, Lord of the Fries. Most Lord of the Fries games use a menu-based system to combine ingredients into recipes and combo meals, but here at Carnespadas Brazilian Steakhouse, there's no such thing as a menu. We just bring you meat on swords until you give up or explode. In Meat on Swords, players declare before each round whether they are in or out for the round. Then the dealer asks each "in" player whether they want the next card on the deck. If they refuse the first card, they must take the next. Collecting points is good, but if you ever collect two of the same type of meat, you're knocked out. Meat on Swords is a simple, silly press-your-luck game that just happens to use a nine-suited deck: it's nine kinds of meat, each numbered 1 through 6.
