About

Tamago Dorobou is a card game of set collection, hand management, and deduction in which players race to protect one egg from each of five dinosaur species in their nest. On each turn, players draw cards, hunt cards from opponents' hands, and choose whether to protect eggs, raise dinosaurs, or capture dinosaurs from other players. Dinosaur cards grant special abilities, such as inspecting an opponent's hand, recovering cards from the discard pile, expanding the dinosaur area, blocking harmful effects, or stealing an egg from another nest. Event cards are harmless when drawn by their owner, but become dangerous when stolen by another player. Players must watch where these event cards may be hiding and choose their hunting targets carefully. The first player to begin their turn with all five different egg types in their nest wins. —description from the designer
