In the Last Alliance game, each player represents an influential lord who claims power. Each player has a hand of similar cards that represent support among the most important factions of The Misty Land. Each turn, the player chooses a card that represents the delegation they will send on the Glittering Mountains to discuss, ally (or beat!) with other delegations. Depending on the card played and the combination of cards which will be revealed, different effects will occur. Diplomacy, bluffing, strategy, luck and the ability to convince other players to play certain cards will cause you to lose or be able to keep your cards. All players, play, all the time, at the same time. You will have to eliminate players, but without targeting anyone directly. The last two players with at least 3 cards are the Last Alliance and win the game —description from the publisher
