Win most mayors in each part of Austria to win the game. Each round, the player draws a card and follows the resulting event. Afterwards he can place mayors, the first two for free and paying some money for each additional one. With good placement, mayors of other players can be removed, but only two mayors per round and state can be placed. The player with the most money (cash and value of the placed mayors) wins the game.
