About

You've battled each other over the streets of Metro City for years. But after all the criminal schemes and heroic feats, the question remains: what happens when you take your relationship to the next level? Date Knights is a card game in which each player takes the role of a hero or villain out on a date. A player has a hand full of Event cards and is represented by a double-sided Character card and three Power cards, which are laid on the table in front of them. During their turn, the player chooses which side of their Character card to be on: the Date side or the Super side. This represents their priorities at the moment -- is the character embracing romance or trying do heroic/villainous things? The player then plays an Event and/or activates a special ability. They could be giving the other character a gift of chocolate, or robbing the charity gala the characters are attending. The player's actions earn Hearts, which represent their success on both the romantic and super fronts. When the pile of Hearts on the table is exhausted, the player with the most Hearts wins! —description from the publisher
