About

A 2-player spatial game in which your goal is to create two big groups of connected pieces. Your score at game's end is the product of the number of pieces in your two largest groups. For example, if each of your two biggest groups has 10 pieces in it, your score is 100. But if one of your biggest groups has 18 pieces in it, and the other has 2, your score is 36. In each case, your biggest pair of groups contains the same total number of pieces, but the scores are very different. Because you can choose to place either your pieces OR your opponent's pieces, you can threaten to connect your opponents biggest groups and collapse their score. However the attempt comes at a cost: if you fail, you'll have added to their score. The game's tension lies in this dynamic. —description from the designer
