Usual Crapules

About
Usual Crapules takes you into the frenetic atmosphere of a trial between former robbers. After a botched heist, the players find themselves before the judge: whoever gets the shortest sentence will be able to dig up the loot before the others. The game combines bluffing, card combos, and delightfully treacherous interactions. Each turn, you play a card: evidence to incriminate another player, a juror to increase the sentence, a lawyer to plead innocence or an objection to turn the tables. The mechanics allow for counterattacks, and numerous plot twists. The final verdict depends on the total number of years in prison accumulated by the proofs collected and the jurors placed. Each game is fast-paced, tense, and funny, with high replayability thanks to the asymmetrical talents of the scoundrels and the numerous Balance tokens offering unique effects. —description from the publisher
